We Give Store credit for clothing that you may want to exchange as long as its not a swimsuit/bodysuit, intimate apparel or a clearance item. Customer is responsible for postage cost to return the item, upon arrival and inspection a store credit code will be sent to the email used at time of order for total cost of item/s only (please be sure your email was put in correct)

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost on specific items that mention it in the description. As long as it falls under the below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes, However Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement.
Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 12 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.
Please note that our Standard Shipping pricing & info is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds (for specific items that fall under refund category) will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
